برونز ريب رَب 240 غ | شواء الميرمية

Used this on baby backs in the smoker and the bark came out dark and glossy after about four hours at 225. It's a coarser grind than my usual rub, so it clung to the meat instead of sliding off. Sweet and a little smoky, not too salty either.

Used this on a rack of baby backs last weekend and the bark came out dark and caramelized exactly how I wanted it. The 240 g tub is bigger than I expected too, so it'll last me a good few cooks.

Got a nice bark on my ribs after about two hours on the smoker, and the sweetness wasn't overpowering like some rubs I've tried. Only knock is the 240 g tin went faster than I expected for the price.
