TuttoCalabria - Hot Honey 180 g

I was a bit skeptical about honey with chili, but drizzling it over fresh ricotta totally changed my mind—the fruitiness balances the heat perfectly. The 180g jar is small enough to keep in the cupboard without taking over the shelf.

It adds just the right kick to a simple vinaigrette without being overpowering. I've been drizzling it over crispy fried chicken and the sweet heat is fantastic.

Drizzled this over fresh burrata and the heat from the Calabrian chili balanced the sweet honey beautifully. A little goes a long way — one teaspoon gave my salad dressing a nice kick without overpowering it.
