🙈 APAN es una salsa/glaseado de chili realmente buena y ligeramente grumosa con sabor a albaricoque y jalapeño. Funciona con casi todo. Queda muy bien con queso, a la parrilla, cerdo frito. Helado. Etc., etc.

APAN es el resultado de una buena colaboración entre Lagrito's y el asador BBQ SMOKE en Karlskrona.

Ingredientes: 

Azúcar, zumo de manzana, albaricoques ecológicos, cebolla, chile, vinagre, especias (ajo).
