Rajas Rojas - Jalapeño Merah Acar

The carrot and onion bits in the brine add a nice crunch that I didn't expect, and the vinegar tang cuts through the heat just right. Opened a jar for tacos last night and ended up eating half of it straight from the fridge.

These pickled jalapeños are the perfect crunch factor for tacos and scrambled eggs. The vinegar brine is sharp but not overpowering, and the heat builds just enough to keep things interesting. One can didn't last two days in our house.

The carrot and onion bits give these jalapeños a nice crunch that I didn't expect from a canned product, and the heat level is perfect for adding to tacos or even just eating straight from the jar. Opened one for a quick lunch and it was gone in two days, so I’m already ordering another.
