Grasso eccezionale, insuperabile!

Ingredienti:

100% grasso di maiale puro

Valori nutrizionali per 100 g:

Conservazione:

Ava ★★★★★

The texture is silky and it melts into the pan like butter, making the flakiest pie crust I've had in ages. Baked a batch of pastries for the family and they vanished before dinner was even ready.

Jacob ★★★★★

The smoke point of around 195°C is a game-changer for frying—I can get a proper sear on potatoes without the fat burning or smoking up the whole kitchen. Made a pie crust with it too, and the flakiness was spot on. It's become my go-to for weekend baking.

Nicholas F. ★★★★★

Stewed a batch of pork and then used the leftover drippings for frying potatoes—the smoke point held up perfectly at about 195 °C without any burnt taste. This Gotland lard is my new go-to for pastry too, flaky every single time.
