Hjärtmusslor från Limfjorden – i kallpressad rapsolja

I den danska fjorden Limfjorden är de naturliga förhållandena särskilt gynnsamma för hjärtmusslor. Här utvecklar de en mild, lätt salt smak och en fast, fin konsistens. De flesta exporteras till kök runt om i världen, men några behåller vi själva.

För att bevara deras delikata smak har vi endast tillsatt kallpressad rapsolja till dessa hjärtmusslor från FANGST.
