That tangy lime and vinegar kick with the green habanero is such a fresh change from my usual smoky sauces, and the nopal cactus gives it a subtle, almost grassy undertone I keep craving. Poured it over tacos last night and the whole bottle’s already half gone.
I was a little nervous about the cactus angle, but the lime and green habanero make it crazy bright and tangy, perfect for dousing on tacos. The bottle is small but a little goes a long way, and the heat builds nicely without killing the flavor.
The tangy cactus flavor is such a unique twist—it’s got this bright, almost grassy note that works perfectly on tacos. The green habanero heat builds slowly instead of smacking you upfront, which I actually prefer. Bottle’s a bit small for how fast I went through it, so that’s my only complaint.
