I used it to make a marinade for chicken wings and even with gloves on my fingers tingled for hours after handling the flakes. the heat builds slowly but the sweet fruity kick makes it worth the burn.
Just used a tiny piece from the 10g pack in a homemade hot sauce and the fruity sweetness really comes through before that insane heat hits. Over 1.6 million Scoville is no joke — glad I followed the glove warning.
I've been fermenting this Carolina Reaper with garlic and honey, and the fruity sweetness actually balances the heat beautifully. Just wish the bag was a bit bigger for the price.
