Dessa klassiska Espinaler-oliver tillverkas av den spanska sorten Manzanilla Fina, känd för sin fasta konsistens och milda, fruktiga smak. Oliverna är noggrant urkärnade och fyllda med ansjovispasta, vilket skapar en perfekt balans mellan sälta och fyllighet.

Detta är den självklara delikatessen som aptitretare, i sallader eller till tapas. När du väl har smakat dem är det svårt att sluta!

The filling is much richer than I expected—that anchovy paste really comes through without being too salty. I’ve been snacking on these straight out of the jar with a cold beer and they’re dangerously easy to finish.

The Manzanilla Fina olives hold up their firm texture really well straight from the jar, and the anchovy filling has a briny kick that’s not too overpowering. Only gripe is the 50g tins run out fast when you’re snacking, but three of them make a decent quick appetizer.

Bought these for a tapas night and they disappeared fast. The texture of the Manzanilla Fina olives is nicely firm, though I wish the anchovy filling had a bit more kick to it. Still, solid pick for anyone who likes a briny snack.
