APAN är en riktigt god och lite småchunky chilisås/glaze med smak av aprikos och jalapeno. Funkar till det mesta. Riktigt fin till ost, grillat, stekt fläsk. Glass. Etc, etc.

APAN är resultatet av ett gott samarbete mellan Lagrito's och BBQ-krogen SMOKE i Karlskrona.

Ingredienser: 

Socker, äppeljuice, ekologiska aprikoser, lök, chili, ättika, kryddor (vitlök).
