The heat from the habanero creeps up right after the chipotle smokiness, and the peach keeps it from being a one-note burn. I've been putting it on eggs and tacos all week, and the balsamic vinegar gives it a deeper tang than most hot sauces I've tried.
The peach sweetness hits first but the habanero creeps up right after, so you get this fruit-forward burn that works great on tacos. The chipotle adds a real smokiness underneath, and the 100 ml bottle lasted me about three weeks of daily use.
