Widowmakers BBQ - Sweet Chicken RUB 270 g

The balance is spot on—that brown sugar sweetness hits first, then the citrus and mustard come through on the finish without overpowering the chicken. Used it on a whole roasted bird and the skin caramelized beautifully. Already ordered a second bag.

Rubbed this on chicken thighs before grilling and the citrus notes came through brighter than I expected, with the brown sugar caramelizing into a nice crust. The mustard gives it just enough tang to keep things interesting without overpowering. Already planning to use the rest on wings this weekend

The brown sugar sweetness balances the mustard so well that my grilled thighs came out sticky and caramelized on the edges, just the way I like them. Even my picky kids asked for seconds, which never happens with plain seasoning.
