Las Chachitas - Salsa Huate (ซอสถั่วลิสง)

I stirred a spoonful into my pasta sauce and the heat crept up slowly before really hitting. The peanut base is unexpected but it works, and 180 g is bigger than it looks in the jar. Definitely not for anyone who plays it safe with spice.

I put a spoonful of this peanut salsa on a BBQ burger and it lit my whole mouth up, exactly the fire I was hoping for. The jar's 180 g size is perfect for keeping in the fridge without it going stale.

I picked this up to try on pizza and it's got a serious punch that lingers. The 180 g jar is a decent size for the price, though I wish it came bigger since I'm going through it fast. Peanut and chili together works better than I expected.
