The texture is incredibly silky and light, much smoother than I expected from a chickpea base. Spread it thick on a rye cracker with some sliced cucumber and it tasted just like a classic dill pickle.
Used this on a veggie dog and the smooth texture spread way easier than any other vegan mayo I've tried. The dill and pickle sweetness reminds me of a proper deli counter.
I was hoping for a tangy kick, but the sweet dill and pickle balance is actually perfect—smooth, light, and surprisingly rich for a vegan mayo. The 180g jar is the ideal size for sandwiches and dipping.
