I tried this on pizza last night and the basil and parsley really come through—it’s tangy without being overpowering. The cayenne and tomato base is just thick enough to cling to the crust.
The vodka and lemon really cut through the tomato base, making it perfect for dipping pizza crusts. I've been using it on eggs too and the fresh herb finish is spot on.
The basil and parsley give it a nice herbal kick, but the vodka and lemon acidity feels a bit sharp for a pizza sauce—I'd prefer it milder. Still, it's decent on pasta.
