Las Chachitas - صلصة الهالبينو

Spicy but not so hot that you can't taste the actual jalapeño flavor. I've been putting it on fish tacos all week and it's got a fresh kick I wasn't expecting from a jarred salsa. Goes fast though, so I already need another one.

I spooned this over fish tacos and the heat hit right at the back of my throat without drowning out the lime. It's genuinely fresh tasting for a jarred salsa, not that cooked-down flavor you usually get. Gone in a week.

The 180 g jar is the perfect size for taco night, and the jalapeño flavor stays fresh without being overwhelming. I've been spooning it over fish and BBQ all week, and it adds a nice kick without hiding the food.
