The grilled garlic really comes through before the habanero kicks in, and the carrot base keeps it from being just another vinegar-heavy sauce. I’ve been putting it on eggs and rice all week, and the heat builds nicely without ever feeling harsh.

I was skeptical about the carrot base at first, but it makes the sauce surprisingly smooth while the grilled garlic adds a nice smoky depth. The habanero heat hits right after, warm rather than punishing, and the lime juice keeps it bright. This 148ml bottle didn't last long in my house.
