Chipotle Cheap Shot!
Tämä on meidän "El Jefe". Täynnä Habaneroa, Chipotlea ja persikoita.
Älä sotke El Jefen kanssa!
100 ml.
Ainesosat:
Punaviinietikka, habanero, persikka, tomaatti, balsamietikka, chipotle, ruokosokeri, suola, sipuli, valkosipuli, cayennepippuri, kumina, kasvispore
The heat from the habanero creeps up right after the chipotle smokiness, and the peach keeps it from being a one-note burn. I've been putting it on eggs and tacos all week, and the balsamic vinegar gives it a deeper tang than most hot sauces I've tried.
The peach sweetness hits first but the habanero creeps up right after, so you get this fruit-forward burn that works great on tacos. The chipotle adds a real smokiness underneath, and the 100 ml bottle lasted me about three weeks of daily use.
The balsamic vinegar gives it a smoky depth that balances the habanero burn perfectly, and the peach sweetness lingers just long enough. I've been dousing it on tacos and even eggs, and the 100 ml bottle somehow disappears fast.
