Ruby ★★★★★

I was a bit nervous it would just be burn with no flavor, but that Cajun base really comes through underneath the extra heat. A few dashes on my jambalaya gave it that deep, peppery kick I’ve been chasing.

Three splashes were enough to wake up my whole mouth, way hotter than the regular Cajun sauce but still with that deep peppery flavor underneath. I’ve been putting it on everything from eggs to gumbo and the heat builds slow, then lingers just right.

This one has real kick but that classic cajun depth still comes through, so it's not just heat for the sake of it. Poured it over shrimp and eggs and the extra strength gave everything a proper punch without drowning the flavor.
