That extra kick of heat is exactly what my jambalaya needed, and it didn't overpower the other seasonings. The 227 g container is plenty for a few months of heavy use, and the blend mixes evenly into the pot without clumping.

I've used this hot blend on fried chicken and gumbo, and that cajun kick carries through every bite without masking the other seasonings. The 227g size lasted me a good two months of heavy use. I'm already planning my next order.

That heat level is no joke—it brings the burn but also that deep, savory Cajun kick that actually makes flavors pop. I've been shaking it on everything from fried eggs to roasted veggies, and a little goes a long way. Definitely my new go-to for when a dish needs some spice and soul.
