That chalky mineral bite right at the start is exactly what I want from a tonic, and the champagne-like grape finish makes it feel fancier than it costs. I grabbed a few cans for a quiet Friday and ended up nursing one just to enjoy the fizz longer.
Popped one of these open after a long week and the champagne-like fizz with that crisp citrus bite felt way more fancy than a 250 ml can should. The grape note comes through subtle, not sweet, which I loved. Gone in about three sips, but worth every one.
That mineral-chalky edge really sets it apart from other tonics I've tried, and the citrus comes through just enough to keep it crisp. Poured it over ice with a splash of gin and the champagne-like bubbles made it feel fancier than a 250 ml can should.
