🫒 Espinaler – Gevulde olijven met ansjovispasta

Deze klassieke Espinaler-olijven worden gemaakt van de Spaanse variëteit Manzanilla Fina, bekend om haar stevige textuur en milde, fruitige smaak. De olijven worden zorgvuldig ontpit en gevuld met ansjovispasta, wat zorgt voor een perfecte balans tussen zout en volle smaak.

Dit is de voor de hand liggende delicatesse als aperitiefhapje, in salades of bij tapas. Als je ze eenmaal hebt geproefd, is het moeilijk om te stoppen!

The Manzanilla Fina olives hold up their firm texture really well straight from the jar, and the anchovy filling has a briny kick that’s not too overpowering. Only gripe is the 50g tins run out fast when you’re snacking, but three of them make a decent quick appetizer.

Bought these for a tapas night and they disappeared fast. The texture of the Manzanilla Fina olives is nicely firm, though I wish the anchovy filling had a bit more kick to it. Still, solid pick for anyone who likes a briny snack.
