Didn't expect the heat to hit that hard on the first bite, but the parmesan keeps it from tasting like pure fire. Threw it on wings last night and the whole tray disappeared fast. Definitely not for anyone who thinks mild salsa is spicy.

Rubbed this on wings before grilling and the heat creeps up on you — way more than I expected from a parmesan rub. The cheese and chili combo is addictive, just don't go heavy-handed unless you like to sweat.

The parmesan flavor actually comes through even with all that chili, which I didn't expect. I've been putting it on grilled wings and it's become my go-to for anything that needs a serious kick. Definitely not for anyone who can't handle real heat.
