La Costeña - Jalapeños in plakjes (Nachos)

I’ve been putting these on tacos and baked potatoes every week since I found them, and the crunch is spot on. The soy in the brine gives it a deeper savory kick than most pickled jalapeños I’ve tried.

These are the first pickled jalapeños I've found where the vinegar sharpness actually balances the heat instead of just drowning it out, and the onion and carrot slices keep every jar feeling substantial. I've already gone through half a jar just throwing them on top of tacos and eggs.

The carrot pieces mixed in give it a nice extra crunch, and the brine has just the right tang without being overpowering. I’ve already used half the jar on tacos and nachos this week.
