Sweet Honey van Widowmakers BBQ is ontwikkeld door Fredrik Berglund voor onze reis naar het BBQ WK in Limerick, Ierland. Als je van zoete ribbetjes houdt, moet je dit rub zeker proberen.

Gebruik: Strooi de rub over het vlees, wikkel het in aluminiumfolie. Laat het minstens 1 uur staan voordat het de grill op gaat!

Geschikt voor: Varkensvlees, Kip, Rundvlees

Ingrediënten: Bruine suiker, Honing (maïs, gistextract, aroma), Ui, Paprika, Selderijzout, Knoflook, Chilipoeder, Zout, Zwarte peper.
