The pineapple really comes through as a bright, fruity sweetness that balances the smoky heat perfectly, and it’s got a nice vinegar tang that makes it great on tacos. I’ve been drizzling it over eggs and even grilled chicken, and the consistency is just right—not too thin, not gloppy.
The smokiness from that 1.7% chipotle hits first, then the sweet pineapple sneaks in and balances it all out. I've been putting it on everything from eggs to tacos, and the lime keeps it bright without being too vinegary.
The pineapple really comes through on the finish, balancing the chipotle's heat with a nice sweetness. I've been putting it on breakfast tacos and it's already half gone after a week.
