Brisling är en liten fisk som traditionellt fångades i stora mängder längs de skandinaviska och baltiska kusterna. Här bereddes den för hand och konserverades i burkar för att säljas som en nordisk version av sardinen.

Brisling från FANGST är vårt bidrag till att återuppliva denna fina fisk och ge den en ny plats som den “nordiska sardinen”.
