Beef & Burger RUB 245 g | 艾草烧烤 BBQ

Made burgers last night and used this instead of my usual salt and pepper mix. The balance of salt and sweetness is spot on, and the 245 g jar will easily last me through the summer.

Rubbed a brisket with this before a 10-hour smoke and the bark came out dark and crusty, exactly what I wanted. The salt-to-sweet balance is spot on, not too sugary like some BBQ rubs I've tried.

Tried this on burgers last night and the balance of salt and sweetness is spot on, nothing overpowering. The 245 g jar is bigger than I expected too, so it'll last through plenty of grilling weekends.
