Casa Firelli - Crispy Chili | 210 g

Finally found a chili oil that adds real heat without drowning everything in vinegar. A tiny spoonful over my scrambled eggs this morning gave them a nice smoky kick.

The Calabrian chili flavor is nicely balanced—not too hot but definitely present. I’ve been using it on scrambled eggs and pizza, though the oil separates quicker than I’d like. A solid upgrade for basic chili flakes.

I wanted to love this on my pizza, but the crunch is more fine than chunky, so it doesn't add much texture. The heat is gentle, which is fine, but I was hoping for a bigger kick. It works better mixed into pasta than as a topping.
