I wasn't sure how the roasted tomato and cumin would balance such extreme heat, but they actually create a surprisingly deep, complex flavor before the burn kicks in. A little goes a long way on tacos, and it leaves a pleasant warmth that lingers. The cumin and garlic hit immediately before the Pepper X heat builds slowly, which I actually prefer over instant burn. It's surprisingly flavorful for something this hot, though I wish the bottle were a bit larger for the price.
