I opened the jar expecting a typical vinegar-heavy sauce, but the 62% habanero content really comes through with a thick, almost pulpy texture that clings to grilled meat perfectly. The garlic and sea salt balance the burn just enough to keep you going back for another spoonful.
That first bite hits you right in the back of the throat, but the 62% habanero keeps it from being just heat for heat's sake. The garlic and salt come through clean underneath, and it’s become my go-to for grilled chicken.
The 62% habanero content means this isn't messing around, but the vinegar and garlic keep it from being one-dimensional. I used it on grilled chicken and it gave a solid, clean burn that didn't overpower the food. Only gripe is the bottle is a bit small for the price.
