The tomatillo gives it a nice tangy brightness that I wasn't expecting, and the habanero warmth lingers just enough to keep things interesting. I've been putting it on eggs and tacos all week, and that balanced heat means I don't have to reach for a glass of milk halfway through.
The heat is sneaky—it builds after a few seconds but never overwhelms, and that tomatillo tang keeps you coming back for another dab. I've been putting it on eggs, tacos, even plain rice, and everything gets a lift.
Tomatillos give it that tangy brightness I wasn't expecting from a habanero sauce, and the heat stays friendly enough that I've been dousing my breakfast eggs with it every day this week. Clean finish, no vinegar burn.
