I’ve had this bottle for two weeks and the ginger really does cut through the Reaper heat in a way that makes you want another dab despite the burn. It’s thick enough to cling to a spoon, and a few drops in a bowl of ramen gave it a whole new level of warmth.
That first dab was a shock to the system, in the best way—the Carolina Reaper's heat builds fast, but the fresh ginger really cuts through it and keeps it tasting bright instead of just punishing. I've put it on tacos and eggs, and a little goes a long way with that thick tomato base.
