The small-batch touch really comes through—this rub smells like a proper BBQ joint the second you tear open the bag. I used it on pork ribs and the bark came out beautifully crusty with a rich, smoky depth that didn't overpower the meat. Definitely my new go-to for grilling days.
The smoky heat hits right away and lingers just long enough on the pork belly I used it on. A 280g bag goes a long way too, so I’ve already got a backup order in.
