Dánský sladkovodní pstruh – uzený s jalovcem a citronovým tymiánem

V dětství Martin, spoluzakladatel společnosti FANGST, často doprovázel svého otce – biologa zaměřeného na vývoj celosvětově špičkového chovu pstruhů v dánské sladké vodě. V této konzervě jsme uchovali část této vzpomínky – spolu s lahodným uzeným pstruhem ochuceným jalovcem a citronovým tymiánem.
