The pickled carrots and onions mixed in with the jalapeños make this jar feel like a complete topping, not just plain peppers. I’ve been piling them on nachos and even into sandwiches, and the crunch holds up nicely straight from the tin.
The vinegar brine is nicely balanced—tangy without being harsh—and the jalapeños keep a good crunch straight from the can. I’ve been tossing them on tacos all week and the carrot and onion bits add a sweet contrast that makes the whole jar disappear fast.
