Med en høj andel chili får den en ekstrem styrke og fyldig smag, hvor fermenteringen bidrager med syre og dybde.

Carolina Reaper er en af verdens stærkeste chilier og passer perfekt til tacos, burgere, nudler, gryderetter, marinader og dine egne stærke saucer.
