Almejas del Limfjorden – en aceite de colza prensado en frío

En el fiordo danés del Limfjorden, las condiciones naturales son especialmente favorables para las almejas. Allí desarrollan un sabor suave, ligeramente salado, y una textura firme y fina. La mayoría se exportan a cocinas de todo el mundo, pero algunas nos las quedamos nosotros.

Para preservar su delicado sabor, solo hemos añadido aceite de colza prensado en frío a estas almejas de FANGST.
