Un puré de chile fermentado elaborado con un 83% de chile Scotch Bonnet*.

Añade unas gotas a un guiso, a una salsa fría, o úsalo como base para tu propia salsa picante casera.

Con un alto contenido de chile, ofrece un picor afrutado y un sabor intenso, donde la fermentación aporta acidez y profundidad.

El Scotch Bonnet es conocido por su sabor tropical y su picor aromático, y combina perfectamente con tacos, pollo, pescado, fideos, adobos, guisos y platos caribeños.

Se recomienda usar en pequeñas cantidades.
