Carmencita - Kalamauste

Dried garlic in a spice blend is usually way too overpowering for me, but this one stays mild enough that I can actually taste the fish underneath. I've been shaking it over grilled salmon and even stirred a spoonful into a tomato soup last week. The salt level is spot on too.

The rosemary and smoked paprika in this blend hit way harder than I expected for a fish seasoning, and it's now my go-to on baked cod. Also stirred a spoonful into a tomato soup last week and it completely changed the bowl. Salt level is spot on, no need to add anything else.
