That smoky tomato base hits just right on grilled chicken—enough heat to feel it but not so much you lose the flavor. Glad they went with the bigger bottle, this one's not lasting long in my fridge.
The bigger bottle is a win for me since I go through hot sauce fast, and the heat level is solid without drowning out the tomato taste. Slathered it on grilled chicken last weekend and it held up perfectly with that smoky kick.
