I picked up the four-pack and went through a bottle in a week. That habanero heat hits right away but the ancho keeps it from tasting flat, great on grilled chicken.
I was a bit worried it’d be all heat and no flavor, but the habanero kicks in right after that mellow ancho smokiness, and it doesn’t overpower the chicken at all. It’s become my go-to for BBQ nights, and the bottle is small enough to keep on the table without taking over.
The smoky ancho comes through right away, but the habanero kicks in on the finish and lingers just long enough. I've been using it on grilled chicken all week and it's perfect for a BBQ dip that actually has some heat.
