I brushed this on chicken wings before grilling and the glaze caramelized beautifully without burning. The mild heat sneaks up on you but the teriyaki sweetness keeps it from going overboard. Bottle's a good size too, I've used it three times and there's still plenty left.
The bottle is a solid 383 grams, so it’s lasted through several wing nights already. I drizzled it over some fried tofu too, and that mild Asian-style heat with the sweetness really works.
