These are the first canned fish I've found where the heat doesn't overwhelm the fish itself, and the hand-cleaned texture really shows—no surprise bones or chewy skin. The sweet paprika and mild onion come through clearly, making it work straight from the tin over a bowl of rice.

The chili heat is balanced just right against the sweet paprika and mild onion, so it's flavorful without being overpowering. I've been putting it on crispbread for a quick lunch and the steamed fillets stay perfectly tender every time.

The hand-cleaning really shows—no bones or skin to pick around, and the texture stays firm without being rubbery. The chili heat is gentle but present, and the sweet paprika balances it nicely. This one’s going into my regular lunch rotation.
