I was skeptical about pineapple in a hot sauce, but the fresh-pressed fruit pulp and yellow habanero balance each other out perfectly. It's got a real kick that lingers without ever drowning out the fruity sweetness. I've been putting it on everything from eggs to rice bowls all week.
The fresh-pressed pineapple comes through so clearly, it’s like a tropical juice with a serious kick from those yellow habaneros. I’ve been drizzling it over grilled shrimp and even plain rice, and the sweetness balances the heat perfectly.
I usually reach for vinegar-heavy sauces, but this one's pure pineapple mash with yellow habanero gives it a smooth, sweet burn that actually lets the fruit shine through. It's my new favorite for dousing grilled shrimp and even breakfast eggs.
