Brisling is een kleine vis die traditioneel in grote hoeveelheden werd gevangen langs de Scandinavische en Baltische kusten. Hier werd hij met de hand bereid en in blikken geconserveerd om te worden verkocht als een Noordse versie van de sardine.

Brisling van FANGST is onze bijdrage aan het nieuw leven inblazen van deze mooie vis en het geven van een nieuwe plek als de 'Noordse sardine'.
