Raijmakers Heetmakers - Sweet Sting Hot Honey น้ำผึ้งรสเผ็ดเผ็ดร้อน | Rökt Habanero รมควัน 250 กรัม

The smokiness comes through right at the back of the throat before the sweetness settles in—exactly what I wanted on fried chicken. A little goes a long way, and the habanero heat lingers just enough to keep things interesting.

Dripped this over a chèvre log and roasted veg tonight — the smokiness comes through right away, then that habanero warmth lingers nicely without ever burning. The honey itself stays true and floral, cuts the cream perfectly. Already planning it on fried chicken this weekend.

The smoky habanero heat builds slowly and then lingers just enough to keep you coming back for another slice. I've been drizzling it over sharp cheddar on crackers, and the sweetness of the real European honey balances the kick perfectly.
