The dark berry note really comes through once it cools a bit, which I wasn't expecting from a medium roast. Grinding it for my morning pour-over, it's been consistently smooth with zero bitterness. Already halfway through the 250 g bag.
Brewed a pot this morning for breakfast and the chocolate and hazelnut notes really come through without any bitterness. It's smooth enough to drink black, which is my usual test, and the 250g bag lasted me a solid week of daily cups.
