Yiayia And Friends - Trøffelolivenolie | 200 ml

Drizzled this over fried eggs and the truffle comes through without being fake or overpowering. The 200 ml bottle is smaller than I expected but a little goes a long way with that low acidity.

The bottle is only 200 ml but a little goes far, so it still feels like good value for the price. I drizzled it over simple pasta and it turned the whole dish into something special. The truffle flavor is present but not overpowering.

I was a bit skeptical about truffle oil feeling gimmicky, but this one has a low acidity that makes it taste incredibly fresh, and a little goes a long way on simple pasta. The 200 ml bottle is perfect for my kitchen, and I've already used it on eggs and salads.
