The heat creeps up slowly and then lingers nicely, but the real star is that earthy truffle note cutting through the habanero. I've been putting it on eggs and roasted veggies all week, and the 6% truffle really comes through without being overpowering.
That umami from the black garlic and truffle oil definitely comes through before the habanero kicks in — makes it feel fancier than your average hot sauce. I've been drizzling it on eggs and roasted veggies, and the agave sweetness balances the heat nicely.
The heat builds slowly but it’s the black garlic that really rounds things out, and that little bit of truffle oil adds a fancy twist I wasn’t expecting. I’ve been putting it on eggs and tacos all week, and the carrot keeps it from being too sharp.
